Kirsty - Beth has been a really inspiring trainer over the last ten or so weeks. When we started out, I was nervous because I've never been at all athletic or keen on exercise, and worried that I'd be really bad at it. But after two children and passing 35, I knew it was time to get exercise into my life or regret it. The first session was brilliant - Beth was assessing exactly what I was capable of and starting me off gently. I realised that she would never force me to do anything I wasn't up to but would always encourage me to do my own personal best. I also realised at once that she was great at checking out technique and making sure I was doing everything in the best and safest way, which I've really appreciated as I could never do that alone. I've come on in leaps and bounds, feel much fitter and am really astonished at how much I can now manage - Beth is always pushing me on to the next limit, but without me really noticing. I appreciate the variety of activity as well - there's no danger of getting bored, but I still get my favourites too. The boxing is an excellent way of relieving aggression! Beth is always cheerful, supportive, sensitive to how I'm coping and happy to offer advice. I highly recommend her". >>View Previous
